Regenerative breast augmentation

What is adaptive regenerative mammoplasty?

This new technique is based on the combination of PRP (platelet-rich plasma) with dual-plane breast augmentation surgery.
The goal is to make breast augmentation less painful, speed up healing of deep tissue, and improve superficial scars.
All this is possible thanks to the use of PRP, an endogenous substance (produced by our body) already used in medicine for both aesthetic reasons (skin rejuvenation, treatment of baldness) and pathological reasons (it promotes the attachment of bone implants, improves post-traumatic scars, and rapidly regenerates tissue).
The goal of combining the two techniques is to rapidly regenerate the tissues treated during breast augmentation surgery, resulting in faster recovery times and almost invisible scarring.

What does the treatment consist of?

After dual-plane breast augmentation surgery (the most innovative technique that guarantees natural and long-lasting results), PRP is injected intraoperatively into specific areas and in specific quantities. This will lead to accelerated tissue regeneration at the muscular level (reducing the intensity and duration of pain) but also at the access point used to insert the implant (breast fold or periareolar area).

Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is obtained by simply drawing 10 cc of blood. This is then centrifuged using specific tubes that allow us to obtain the platelet growth factors essential for every tissue repair process in our body. It is as if we were promoting accelerated tissue repair by specifically injecting an essential component.

Results

This new technique reduces recovery time after dual-plane breast augmentation. It reduces pain around the sternum (where the pectoral muscle is incised). It also results in faster soft tissue healing at the implant access site (you can shower after a few days) and improves the quality of post-operative scars.
Dual-plane breast augmentation is the most innovative technique for breast augmentation. The round or anatomical implant is chosen during the preliminary consultation with Dr. Manola. The implants
used are made of polyurethane, the only ones with a lifetime guarantee against encapsulation, rupture, and rotation. The implant is positioned half under the pectoral muscle and half under the breast
gland, ensuring a natural result for the patient and preventing the implant from being felt.
